Plogging Challenge

Last year I took up “Plogging” – combining picking up trash and litter with exercise. This fitness craze originated in Sweeden and has gained popularity all over the world as people are cleaning up their communities while engaging in physical activities they love!

Plogging protects our environment, is great for your health, and can give you an even BETTER workout than just walking or jogging alone. Think jogging + squats + cleaning up your community. Winning!

How to:

Grab some plastic bags and gloves and go for a run or walk in your neighborhood.
Any time you see litter, pick it up!
